FASD Youth/Adult Transition Program
Youth/Adult Mentorship Program - Provides supports to individuals ages 10 to 22 years old that are either diagnosed or suspected of having FASD. Referrals are made through community members. The transition program will provide: crisis intervention, ensuring basic needs are met (housing, clothing, food), skill building youth work, parent/teen mediation, building natural and community supports, employability skills and support employment opportunities, focus on transition to adult services either in this program or in the community, and advocacy and supported referrals.
