Supervised Family Time

Supervised Family Time - Provides a structured and protected setting for family visitation to ensure the child's(ren's) physical and/or emotional safety. The visitation worker's role is based on an observational stance of practice, where engagement and interaction by the staff member is limited and focused primarily on documenting the parent-child interaction. Parents will be provided with guidance in addressing and managing behaviors when required to ensure the child's(ren's) needs are met as well as physical and/or emotional safety.

Additional services such as one-to-one crisis staffing and out of town transports are also provided through this program.
