Youth Hub Outreach Services - The Youth Hub is a systems navigation service where youth ages 13 - 24, including those with complex needs, can receive assistance in order to get connected with permanent housing, mental wellness and financial supports, and any other resources they may need to fully participate in community life. All services are free!
Youth Outreach Workers support community-based youth that are at risk of becoming homeless due to family conflict, as well as those currently homeless or staying in the Inn Between; appropriate housing/re-housing of youth and support to the family to promote family reunification. Also provides "Common Ground" Parent/Youth Conflict Resolution, one to one support for youth and families in order to prevent youth homelessness.
The Youth Hub is located in the Youthopia Building at 250 2nd Street SE. Youth can access the Hub team on their own or with a support person by appointment OR on a drop-in basis.

Youthopia - is a residence that houses youth participating in McMan's programs. Wrap around supports and services are offered to youth who are at risk of experiencing homelessness. Systems navigation, one to one mentoring and the support of 2 live-in resident workers allow the youth to be fully supported while learning the skills required to live independently and successfully within our community
