Youth Transitions to Adulthood - Provides housing and support services to youth between the ages of 15 and 24 who are referred from Ministry of Children's Services and require assistance to develop the skills and responsibilities necessary to live independently. The program encourages skill development through Youth Mentor support in the environment that is best suited to the youth. The YTA program is tailored to meet individual youth needs; some youth may share accommodations with a skilled Resident Worker or may live in their own apartment in the community.
Youthopia - is a residence that houses youth participating in McMan's programs. Wrap around supports and services are offered to youth who are at risk of experiencing homelessness. Systems navigation, one to one mentoring and the support of 2 live-in resident workers allow the youth to be fully supported while learning the skills required to live independently and successfully within our community.

Client quote:
"I don't know where I would be without McMan. I would not have graduated, been in career training, parenting my kids or be in the place (home) I am in now. I owe all of it to YTA."
