Youth Work

Youth Work - Through a therapeutic relationship with each child, McMan Youth Workers provide an individualized, skill-building program aimed at helping children involved with the Ministry of Children's Services function effectively at home, school and in the community. Supports are given for social skills, communication and conflict resolution.
