A major driving force behind the rationale for this strategic priority is to identify and implement changes to service delivery that improve service delivery outcomes (i.e., the overall efficacy of the programs). 

Additionally, we are committed to:

  • Incorporating technology and social media in our work, to increase our organizational capacity and improve stakeholder accessibility.

  • Leveraging strategic partnerships in our community to enhance participant experience.

  • Ongoing quality improvement that evolves our service and underpins our organizational infrastructure.

Pulse Survey Results 

% employees that score a strongly agree or agree against a subset of engagement questions. 

This priority was chosen in response to feedback from leaders and supervisors about the cumulative impact of new requests from administration that was resulting in less time focused on service delivery. Understanding leader and employee sentiment is key in understanding the impact of this priority.
